Mirobody
Three lab PDFs, a phone photo of a printed slip, and a spreadsheet become one cholesterol trend in Mirobody, a health data engine you host yourself, with the source file behind every number. Upload reports in 23 file types, import an Apple Health export, or connect Garmin, Oura, and Whoop, and every reading keeps a link to the page it was read from. Test names in English, Chinese, Japanese, and other languages resolve offline to LOINC codes and UCUM units, so HbA1c and Glycated Hemoglobin land on one series, and a name it cannot place stays unresolved instead of guessed. Ask questions in plain language and the agent shows each step as it works, charts the trend, and opens the reading and file behind every figure. A health journal turns one typed sentence into coded symptoms, blood pressure readings, and a medication entry, and a denied symptom like no fever is never logged. Genetic exports from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, and WeGene, or a VCF, can be queried by rsID, gene, or region. A care circle lets relatives share their own records on their own terms, and Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor can read your record through the built-in MCP endpoint. Choose OpenRouter, OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or DeepSeek for answers, or keep every model on your own machine. Ovumcy
Your cycle history is among the most personal data you will ever record, and Ovumcy keeps it on a server you control instead of a tracker's cloud. Log period days, flow intensity, symptoms, and free-form notes in seconds from any browser, and define your own custom symptoms when the preset list misses something you feel. The calendar view lays out your month with predicted period, ovulation, and fertile-window days marked, while statistics views surface cycle length trends and patterns across months. Predictions come from your own logged history, refined when temperature or cervical-mucus entries sharpen the estimate. Reminders reach you three ways: a dashboard banner before an expected period, a webhook ping to your own ntfy or Gotify server, or a private read-only calendar subscription that drops estimates into the calendar app you already use. Install it to your phone home screen and it opens like a native app, in English, Russian, Spanish, French, German, or Italian. Export the full history as CSV or JSON whenever you want a backup or a change of tools. Optional OIDC sign-in and TOTP two-factor authentication protect access, and the app makes no analytics or telemetry calls at all. Mere Medical
Mere Medical pulls the records from every hospital and clinic patient portal you use into one date-ordered timeline, so lab panels, immunizations, and procedures from different systems sit side by side. Each timeline card shows its facility and, when recorded, the provider, and expands with View More; a Jump To index leaps between years. The Summary tab condenses bookmarked labs, medications, conditions, immunizations, care plans, and allergies onto one dashboard whose cards can be dragged into any order or hidden. Lab results are graphed over time wherever the units line up, and a search bar finds specific entries by keyword. Connections sync from Epic MyChart, Oracle Health (Cerner), Veradigm, DrChrono, eClinicalWorks Healow, athenahealth, and NextGen, and several sources can feed one profile at once. Everything lives on your device, so records stay searchable offline and no account sign-in is needed; an optional password encrypts them at rest. Separate user profiles hold each person's records, and JSON export and import make backups simple. Experimental AI features add semantic search that links a phrase like high blood sugar to related labs, plus a Mere Assistant that answers plain-language questions about your records using local Ollama models or an OpenAI key. Install it on a phone or desktop home screen for quick access in the waiting room.
