By accessing, registering for, or using the services offered by RepoCloud, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you, either an individual or a single entity, (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "You") explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). If, at any time, you find these Terms unacceptable or if you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service. Your continued use of the Service signifies your unequivocal acceptance of these Terms.

RepoCloud, LLC reserves the unilateral right to modify, replace, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. 3. Use of the Service

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is governed by these Terms.

  • Conduct: You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all content, data, text, files, and information (collectively, "Content") that you submit, post, or display while using the Service. You shall comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, statutes, and regulations in relation to your use of the Service.
  • Usage Limits: RepoCloud, LLC may, at its sole discretion, establish and enforce limits concerning the use of the Service, including, but not limited to, the maximum number of days that Content will be retained by the Service and the maximum size of any Content.
  • Restrictions: Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, modify, create derivative works, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Service without the express written permission of RepoCloud.io.

6. General Terms

  • Governing Law: These Terms and any related action will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RepoCloud, LLC regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written.
