Tunnel Panel

Tunnel Panel manages GRE tunnels and port forwarding on Linux servers from a web panel that previews every change before it runs and verifies the result against the kernel. Create GRE, GRETAP, IP6GRE, and IP6GRETAP tunnels and see the exact commands, unit file, and rollback before anything is applied. The far end configures itself from a pairing code, as text or QR, with the sides flipped automatically so the two ends cannot disagree by a typo. Native ICMP probing with hysteresis keeps a single dropped packet from flapping a tunnel between down and back, and when ICMP is filtered the panel knocks over TCP and says so instead of crying wolf. Forward any TCP or UDP port, or a whole range, with round-robin, source-hash, or weighted balancing across destinations, and a backend that stops answering its health knock leaves the ruleset until it recovers. Watch every connection crossing the relay, who connected, which destination took them, and how much has moved, and set traffic limits per tunnel, rule, or destination. When something breaks, diagnostics reach a verdict with evidence and a suggested fix, backed by a streaming manual probe and a path-MTU search that offers to apply its findings. The panel reads your kernel's relay limits, recommends values from the host's memory and cores, and refuses changes that would lock you out of your own server. Running on a dedicated VPS on RepoCloud with guaranteed CPU, RAM, and SSD, full root SSH access, and a browser serial console. AGPL-3.0 licensed.

Benefits

  • Changes Previewed, Then Verified
  • Every tunnel or rule change shows the exact commands, unit file, rollback, and post-apply checks first, and after applying, the panel reads the interface back from the kernel to confirm it matches.
  • Failover That Actually Removes Backends
  • Scheduled TCP knocks watch every forwarding destination, and one that stops answering is removed from the generated ruleset and restored on recovery, rather than merely being flagged in a list.
  • Monitoring That Does Not Flap
  • Native ICMP probing uses a rolling window and hysteresis so single dropped packets never flip a tunnel's state, with latency and loss history kept for an hour, a day, a week, or a month.
  • Guardrails Against Locking Yourself Out
  • The panel refuses changes that would sever your own access, naming the invariant that stopped them: its own port, the live SSH port, and the interface carrying the default route are protected.

Features

  • Four GRE Tunnel Types
  • GRE, GRETAP, IP6GRE, and IP6GRETAP tunnels with TTL, ToS, MTU with path-MTU discovery, GRE keys, checksums, sequencing, fwmark, and persistence through systemd, networkd, or runtime.
  • Pairing Codes For Peers
  • A tunnel's configuration travels to the second server as a pairing code, as text or a QR code, with the local and remote sides flipped automatically to prevent mismatched ends.
  • Live Connection Table
  • Connections crossing the relay are read from connection tracking over netlink, showing who connected, which destination took them, transport state, age, and bytes moved, filterable by destination.
  • Diagnostics With A Verdict
  • Automated analysis names what is wrong with evidence and a suggested fix, alongside a cancellable streaming ping, path-MTU binary search with one-click apply, traceroute, and TCP knock.
  • Kernel Relay Tuning
  • Conntrack sizing and timeouts, BBR and fq, backlogs, buffers, and port ranges are recommended from the host's memory and core count and written to the panel's own revertible sysctl file.
  • One Static Binary
  • A single Go binary with the interface embedded serves the panel as a systemd service behind a secret URL prefix, with Farsi and English interfaces and offline install bundles.
