Cordys CRM

Follow every sale from first inquiry to final payment inside one self-hosted CRM. Cordys CRM splits the lead-to-cash cycle into connected modules: leads with custom forms and one-click conversion, customers with contact records and shared follow-up among team members, and opportunities that advance through configurable stages from needs confirmation to won or lost. Quotations and contracts come next, with contracts carrying payment plans, payment records, business titles, and invoice records so every collection stays traceable. Orders link to contracts and move through a customizable status flow covering shipment requests, partial and full shipment, inspection, and completion. Approval workflows route requests to reviewers and keep an approval history, and real-time notifications reach users while they work. Administrators draw the organization chart, assign role-based permissions, configure modules and form fields without code, and review system logs. An MCP server secured with per-user API keys lets MaxKB agents search records, create leads, customers, opportunities, and contacts, log follow-ups, and update accounts, while an Agents module embeds those assistants in the CRM and CRM Skills connect OpenClaw and WorkBuddy to the sales process. Sales data can feed DataEase dashboards, WeCom, DingTalk, and Lark integrations link departments and messages to the office platforms teams already use, and the interface ships in English and Chinese. Running on a dedicated VPS on RepoCloud with guaranteed CPU, RAM, and SSD, full root SSH access, and a browser serial console. GPL-3.0 licensed with FIT2CLOUD branding terms.

Benefits

  • Whole lead-to-cash cycle covered
  • Leads, customers, opportunities, quotations, contracts, orders, and payment collection live in one system, so handoffs between sales, finance, and delivery never leave the CRM.
  • Customer data stays on your server
  • Private deployment keeps customer records, contracts, and invoices on infrastructure you control, while open APIs and standard interfaces support deep integration and custom development.
  • AI assistants plug straight in
  • A Model Context Protocol server lets MaxKB agents search CRM data, create leads and opportunities, log follow-up records, and update accounts, using per-user API keys instead of shared passwords.
  • Configurable without writing code
  • Custom form fields, module settings, opportunity stages, and department-scoped role permissions are set in the admin interface, so each sales team shapes the CRM around its own process.

Features

  • Lead and Customer Management
  • Custom lead forms, one-click lead conversion, customer lifecycle records, contact management, and shared follow-up across several team members keep every account moving.
  • Opportunity Stage Tracking
  • Opportunities advance through configurable stages from needs confirmation to won or lost, using custom opportunity forms to capture the details each deal needs.
  • Contracts, Orders, and Payments
  • Contracts carry payment plans, payment records, business titles, and invoice records, while linked orders follow a customizable status flow from new through shipment, inspection, and completion.
  • MCP Endpoint and Embedded Agents
  • Port 8082 serves an MCP endpoint over SSE or Streamable-HTTP with per-user API keys, and an Agents module embeds MaxKB assistants in the CRM for natural-language lead creation.
  • Approval Flows and Alerts
  • Approval flows route requests to reviewers and store an approval record, while a server-sent events stream pushes system notifications and announcements to the browser in real time.
  • Single-Command Docker Deployment
  • One docker run command starts the web interface on port 8081 and persists data to a mounted /opt/cordys volume, with MySQL and Redis as the backing stores.
