MyCompany
MyCompany runs the whole back office of a small business, sales, stock, production, invoices, projects, payroll, and the shop till, as one application sharing one database. A lead arrives and moves across a kanban board with calls and emails logged on its card, then becomes a sales order and an invoice without retyping a single field. Purchasing raises supplier orders, receives goods into the right warehouse, and watches stock move between locations with full movement history, reservations, lots, and serial numbers. Manufacturing plans production orders from bills of materials with operations and work centers, tracking the materials actually consumed and what each finished batch cost. Projects track tasks and time with supervisor timesheets, HR keeps employee records, hourly rates, and payslips, and the retail point of sale handles barcodes, payments, register sessions, and discounts. Because every module reads and writes the same records, the invoice knows what the warehouse shipped and the project knows what the customer was billed. When your business outgrows a standard screen, customizations live in separate extension modules, so vendor updates never collide with the workflows you adapted. Running on a dedicated VPS on RepoCloud with guaranteed CPU, RAM, and SSD, full root SSH access, and a browser serial console. Apache-2.0 licensed.
Benefits
- One database, zero sync
- Sales, stock, production, and finance all read the same records, so the invoice always knows what shipped and no module waits on an overnight synchronization job.
- Lead to cash, connected
- A lead's kanban card holds its calls and emails, then turns into a sales order and invoice in place, so nothing is retyped between first hello and final bill.
- Customizable without forking
- Your adaptations live in separate extension modules that require the standard product, so updates install cleanly and your company-specific screens survive every upgrade untouched.
- Starts on modest hardware
- A server with four gigabytes of RAM runs the whole company: application, database, web client on port 8080, with install scripts that finish in about fifteen minutes.
Features
- CRM lead pipeline
- Kanban stages, priorities, tags, and marketing sources organize leads, communications are logged on the card, and orders and invoices are created from the lead itself.
- Multi-warehouse inventory
- Purchase orders, receipts, shipments, reservations, lots, serials, and bin locations track stock across warehouses with a complete movement history for every item.
- Manufacturing with real costs
- Bills of materials with operations and work centers drive production orders and work orders, recording material consumption and the actual cost of finished goods.
- Invoicing and payment calendar
- Customer invoices, payment tracking, and a payment calendar keep receivables visible, while supplier bills close the procure-to-pay chain in the same ledger.
- Projects, HR, and POS
- Task boards with time tracking and timesheets, employee records with hourly rates and payslips, and a barcode-ready cashier screen share one database with everything else.
