PandaDOS

PandaDOS is a self-hosted control plane that turns Claude Code and Codex into long-running coding agents you direct through an issue queue from any browser, instead of babysitting a terminal. You file an issue with the outcome and acceptance criteria, and PandaDOS clarifies missing requirements, plans the work, picks the agent, and drives implementation, verification, and delivery in stages. Three approval levels, cautious, balanced, and automatic, decide which actions proceed alone; safe reversible steps continue automatically while destructive, irreversible, production, or secret-related decisions always come back to you. The browser workspace shows the real agent conversation, a native terminal, project files, Git history and diffs, and an execution summary, so you can inspect or intervene at any moment from a phone or laptop. Agents run on local or SSH-connected executor machines inside tmux sessions, and work sharing one repository is serialized while independent projects proceed in parallel without conflicting edits. Modules keep one assigned agent and durable project knowledge, so context from finished issues carries into the next task instead of evaporating when a chat ends. Teams can sign in through Feishu, ask the project manager questions in chat, and receive subscription notifications and approval cards on their phones. Running on a dedicated VPS on RepoCloud with guaranteed CPU, RAM, and SSD, full root SSH access, and a browser serial console. Apache-2.0 licensed.

Benefits

  • Queue Outcomes, Not Prompts
  • File issues with acceptance criteria and let PandaDOS clarify, plan, execute, and summarize each one, so a backlog of work progresses for hours without you re-prompting an agent every few minutes.
  • Approvals Matched To Risk
  • Cautious, balanced, and automatic modes auto-approve only safe reversible actions, while destructive, irreversible, production, and secret-related steps always escalate to a human, keeping autonomy inside boundaries you choose.
  • Watch Agents From Anywhere
  • Follow the live agent conversation, native terminal, files, Git history, diffs, and execution summaries in one browser workspace, and step in the moment a run needs your judgment.
  • Context That Survives Tasks
  • Projects, modules, reusable conversations, issue summaries, and repository knowledge persist between tasks, so each new issue starts from what the team already learned instead of a blank chat window.

Features

  • Issue-Driven Execution Queue
  • Issues move through clarification, planning, agent selection, approval policy, execution, recovery, and summary stages, with each step recorded for traceability.
  • Local And SSH Executors
  • Executors on the same host or remote machines over SSH run Claude Code or Codex inside tmux sessions that survive control-plane restarts.
  • Three Approval Modes
  • Cautious, balanced, and automatic policies govern which agent actions proceed unattended, and destructive or ambiguous menus always escalate to a person.
  • Browser Terminal And Files
  • The web workspace embeds the native agent terminal, a file browser, Git history and diff views, and progress tracking behind one authenticated sign-in.
  • Feishu Team Integration
  • A company Feishu app gives colleagues their own sign-ins, project question answering in bot chat, plus subscription notifications and approval cards.
