Infinite Canvas

Instead of juggling a chat window, a folder of reference images, and a notebook of half-remembered prompts, Infinite Canvas puts the whole image-making process on one zoomable board. Drop in text, image, video, and generation-settings nodes, then wire them together so every result stays connected to the prompt and references behind it. Add one or several OpenAI-compatible endpoints, choose default text, image, and video models, and set image count, aspect ratio, quality, and transparent backgrounds per node. Batch results arrive as linked nodes that remember their prompt, model, and dimensions, so any of them can be retried later with the same settings. A prompt library searches seven built-in sources plus your own JSON sources and inserts the winner straight onto the board. An asset shelf keeps reusable images, clips, and audio within reach. Projects can be duplicated, exported, and synced between devices over WebDAV. Want a helper? A local Canvas Agent lets Codex read the active board and edit it through MCP, with approvals and permissions shown in a side panel. Plugins add node types, inspectors, and toolbar actions. Running on a dedicated VPS on RepoCloud with guaranteed CPU, RAM, and SSD, full root SSH access, and a browser serial console. MIT licensed.

Benefits

  • Bring Any OpenAI-Compatible Endpoint
  • Configure multiple channels, fetch or type model names, and add custom invocation scripts, so relays, self-hosted gateways, and official APIs all feed the same canvas without code changes.
  • Every Result Remembers Its Settings
  • Generated nodes record the prompt, model, dimensions, quality, and reference images used, so any result can be retried later with identical settings instead of reconstructed from memory.
  • Canvases And Keys Stay Local
  • Projects, assets, generation history, and API keys live in browser storage by default, and optional WebDAV sync carries canvases, assets, and history between devices without a vendor account.
  • Let An Agent Edit The Board
  • A local Canvas Agent exposes the active canvas to Codex over MCP, so an assistant can read nodes and apply structured edits under approvals and permissions you control.

Features

  • Zoomable Node Canvas
  • Multi-project boards with pan, zoom, minimap, multi-select, copy and paste, undo and redo, connection lines, and whole-canvas or selection export with resources.
  • OpenAI-Compatible Generation
  • Text, image, reference-image editing, and video generation through user-supplied OpenAI-compatible endpoints, with reasoning effort, transparent background, and custom invocation script options.
  • Prompt Library And Assets
  • Seven built-in prompt sources plus custom JSON sources, cached in IndexedDB with search, tag filters, and insertion onto the canvas, beside a browser-stored asset library.
  • Codex Agent Over MCP
  • A local Canvas Agent bridges Codex to the active canvas through MCP, with streaming replies, approvals, history, diagnostics, and isolation between browser tabs.
  • Plugin System With SDK
  • Node plugins install, update, and remove by URL, adding node types, inspectors, and toolbar actions, with a TypeScript SDK for writing custom canvas nodes.
