VitoDeploy
VitoDeploy replaces a pile of SSH sessions and shell scripts with one browser tab for provisioning servers and deploying websites, on a control panel you host yourself. Spin up a server on AWS, Akamai (Linode), DigitalOcean, Vultr, Hetzner, or Proxmox in a few clicks. Attach any Ubuntu machine you already own as a custom server. Add sites built with PHP, Laravel, or WordPress, or run Node.js and Bun apps behind a reverse proxy. Pull code from GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, or Bitbucket. Set environment variables and HTTP basic authentication. Issue Let's Encrypt, wildcard, or custom SSL certificates. Create MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL databases, manage their users, and send backups to Amazon S3, Wasabi, FTP, SFTP, Dropbox, or local disk. Manage firewall rules, cron jobs, Supervisor workers, Redis, and multiple PHP versions from the same screens. Watch CPU, memory, and disk use for each server, then open a live SSH shell without leaving the page. Agencies split clients into projects, invite teammates as Admins or Users, and send alerts to Slack, Discord, Telegram, or email. Workflows automate deployments, backups, and maintenance. Plugins, DNS record management, export and import of your setup, and a REST API round out the toolkit. The panel itself needs only 1 GB of RAM and 1 CPU core, then manages your other machines over SSH. Running on a dedicated VPS on RepoCloud with guaranteed CPU, RAM, and SSD, full root SSH access, and a browser serial console. AGPL-3.0 licensed.
Benefits
- One dashboard for your fleet
- Provision servers on AWS, Akamai (Linode), DigitalOcean, Vultr, Hetzner, or Proxmox, or attach any Ubuntu machine you already have as a custom server, then manage every one from one login.
- Deploy sites straight from Git
- Connect GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, or Bitbucket and Vito clones the repository, writes environment variables, issues SSL certificates, and can set up hooks so pushes trigger automatic deployments.
- Role-based access for your team
- Projects group servers and invite colleagues by email as Admins or Users, so read-only members can watch while only Admins and Owners deploy, manage SSH keys, or edit environment files.
- Alerts and automation built in
- Slack, Discord, Telegram, and email notifications report failed deployments, expiring SSL certificates, and failed backups, while Workflows automate deployments, backups, and maintenance without custom scripts.
Features
- Multi-Provider Server Provisioning
- Create servers on AWS, Akamai (Linode), DigitalOcean, Vultr, Hetzner, or Proxmox through their APIs, or add an Ubuntu server you already run as a custom provider.
- Sites and Git Deployments
- Host PHP, Laravel, and WordPress sites or Node.js and Bun apps behind a reverse proxy, with source control integrations, environment variables, and alias or redirect domains.
- Databases and Backups
- Install MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL, manage databases and users, and send backups to Amazon S3 and compatible stores, FTP, SFTP, Dropbox, or local storage.
- SSL, Firewall, and Workers
- Issue Let's Encrypt, wildcard, or custom SSL certificates, edit firewall rules, manage cron jobs, and run Supervisor workers for queues from the same server and site pages.
- Browser SSH Console
- Open a full interactive terminal in the browser that starts a live SSH shell, so you can run commands and interactive programs without a separate SSH client.
- Plugins, Workflows, and API
- Extend Vito with official and community plugins, automate tasks with Workflows, and drive your instance through a RESTful API or by exporting and importing its configuration.
