LLM Wiki v2

Instead of burying your documents in a vector index you cannot inspect, LLM Wiki v2 files them into a Markdown wiki you can read, browse, and question. Drop text, Markdown, or PDF files anywhere on the page and each one is catalogued automatically, filed into a folder that says what it holds, and linked to the notes it relates to. Ask a question and the answer cites the exact notes it used, with clickable sources you can open, verify, and correct. New documents update the note on their subject instead of piling up as disconnected chunks, so what you teach it stays taught. A small classifier routes filing and questions through the folder tree, keeping the wiki quick and cheap as it grows, and you can browse the tree, follow see-also links, move or delete notes, and watch the tokens spent by both the model and the classifier. Connect OpenRouter, OpenAI, Gemini, a local Ollama, or any compatible endpoint, and expose the same wiki to Claude Code or Codex as long-term memory they can recall from and write to. Because every note is plain Markdown in a folder you own, the whole knowledge base can live in git beside your other files. Running on a dedicated VPS on RepoCloud with guaranteed CPU, RAM, and SSD, full root SSH access, and a browser serial console. AGPL-3.0 licensed.

LLM Wiki v2

Benefits

  • Answers You Can Verify
  • Every answer cites the exact notes it used, with clickable sources you can open, check and correct, so a wrong claim leads back to a page you can read and fix.
  • Knowledge That Accumulates
  • A new source updates the note on its subject instead of being rediscovered at every question, so the wiki gets more useful the more you feed it, without re-reading everything.
  • Your Files Stay Yours
  • The wiki is plain Markdown in a folder on your server, readable in any editor, keepable in git, and never locked inside an opaque vector database only one tool can open.
  • Cheap At Any Size
  • A small classifier routes filing and questions through the folder tree instead of scanning everything, and the page shows tokens spent by model and classifier so costs stay visible.

Features

  • Automatic Document Ingest
  • Drop .txt, .md or .pdf files anywhere on the page and each is catalogued automatically, filed into a folder and linked to related notes with see-also references.
  • Cited Question Answering
  • Ask in plain language and the researcher answers from your notes with clickable citations, showing the sources behind every claim so you can verify before you trust.
  • Classifier-Routed Filing
  • CROW routing sends each document to the right folder and each question to the right notes in one pass, keeping large wikis fast without vector indexes.
  • Any Model Provider
  • Works with OpenRouter, OpenAI, Gemini, local Ollama or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, with a separate provider choice for the classifier under Settings, Advanced.
  • Memory For Coding Agents
  • An MCP server at /mcp lets Claude Code and Codex recall answers from your notes, remember what they learn, and read notes in full as shared long-term memory.
  • Full API Access
  • A REST API mirrors the web UI, with POST /ask for cited answers and interactive docs at /docs, so scripts and other tools can use the wiki.
