Calagopus

When hosting multiplayer game servers for communities or friends requires container isolation and low-overhead administration, Calagopus steps in as a modern game server management panel. Server operators use it to deploy and control Minecraft, Rust, ARK, Valheim, FiveM, and any other Linux containerized workload while reusing existing Pterodactyl and Pelican eggs without modification. From the live WebSocket console, administrators monitor real-time CPU, memory, and network graphs, autocomplete saved command snippets, inspect per-layer Docker image pull progress bars, and pop the terminal out into a secondary window. Managing configuration files and modpacks happens directly in the browser through a split-pane tabbed editor featuring real-time collaborative editing, side-by-side revision diffs with one-click rollback, a visual disk usage treemap, in-place archive browsing, and VS Code workspace mounting. Database workflows are equally streamlined: you can provision MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis instances, browse and edit rows or SQLite files in a built-in data explorer, and run read-only or writable SQL queries without external database clients. Automated schedules support conditional if-else branching, regex variable extraction from console output, crash-detection triggers, and eight backup storage drivers including S3, Restic, Kopia, ZFS, Btrfs, and Proxmox Backup Server. Running on a dedicated VPS on RepoCloud with guaranteed CPU, RAM, and SSD, full root SSH access, and a browser serial console. MIT licensed.

Benefits

  • High-Throughput Rust Control Plane and Daemon
  • Built from the ground up with Rust, Tokio, Axum, PostgreSQL, and Valkey to deliver ultra-low memory overhead and high API concurrency across single-host All-in-One or multi-node Wings deployments.
  • Drop-In Pterodactyl and Pelican Compatibility
  • Run existing Pterodactyl-style server eggs without modification using a native Rust port of Laravel validation rules, and migrate live nodes directly from Pterodactyl or Pelican installations.
  • Collaborative File Manager and Database Explorer
  • Edit server configurations with real-time multi-user collaboration, side-by-side revision diffs, disk treemaps, and an integrated SQL and SQLite browser for querying tables without external tools.
  • Conditional Workflows and Eight Backup Drivers
  • Automate server maintenance with conditional if-else schedules, console-line regex triggers, and retention-managed backups across S3, Restic, Kopia, ZFS, Btrfs, and Proxmox Backup Server.

Features

  • Live WebSocket Console and Graphs
  • Streams real-time container logs, CPU, memory, and network bandwidth charts with command snippet autocomplete, SSH shell access, and Docker layer pull progress.
  • Split-Pane File Editor and Treemap
  • Provides list and tree file views, real-time collaborative editing, revision history diffs, in-place zip and 7z archive browsing, and directory disk usage treemaps.
  • Built-In Database Agent and Explorer
  • Provisions classic or containerized MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis instances with an in-panel table browser, inline cell editor, and SQL console.
  • Multi-Repository Git Egg Sync
  • Imports and synchronizes game server egg presets automatically from Git repositories while supporting firewall rules, Tundra private networks, and native filesystem quotas.
  • Conditional Schedule Automation Engine
  • Executes multi-step server tasks triggered by cron intervals, crash detection, resource thresholds, or console regex matches with nested AND, OR, and NOT conditions.
  • Rust and React Extension API
  • Allows plugins to add custom Axum backend routes, database migrations, CLI commands, and React UI component interceptions with live in-panel extension builds.
