# Affiliate Program

> Earn 25% of your referrals' payments for 12 months

## RepoCloud Affiliate Program

You earn 25% of each payment that an account registered through your link adds to its balance, for 12 months from the date that account is confirmed.

## How It Works

The RepoCloud Affiliate Program operates with a straightforward process:

**1. Open Your Referrals Dashboard**

Every RepoCloud account includes the affiliate program. Log in and open the "Referrals" tab of your dashboard (or visit [repocloud.io/affiliate](https://repocloud.io/affiliate)).

**2. Copy Your Referral Link**

Your unique referral link (in the format `https://repocloud.io/?ref=yourcode`) is displayed with a one-click **Copy link** button. You can also add `?ref=yourcode` to the end of any app page address to send people to that app.

**3. Promote RepoCloud**

Share your referral link on your website, social media, or directly with potential customers. The [Terms](https://repocloud.io/terms) prohibit misleading or unauthorized use of the "RepoCloud" brand name (including pay-per-click bidding on it), spam, deceptive advertising, fake accounts or manipulated tracking, and bought or incentivised traffic; RepoCloud may reverse credits that do not comply.

**4. Track Performance**

The Referrals tab shows your **Affiliate balance**, **Users referred**, **Next payout date** and **Ready for payout**, and below them your referral history: the date, description, amount and commission of each referred payment, and whether it has been paid. The next payout date reads "First week of" and a month name, or "Not yet eligible". **Download CSV** saves the history as `billing_history.csv` with the columns Date, Description, Amount, Commission and Paid.

**5. Request Payouts**

Once **Ready for payout** shows an amount, press **Request Payout**. The form asks for a contact email (required), a contact phone (optional), a preferred payment method (required), a USDT (ERC20) wallet address (needed only for USDT) and additional notes (optional). Only one request can be pending at a time: the page shows **Payout Request Pending** until the payout is made, and the contact address you entered gets an email when RepoCloud has paid it.

## Commission Structure

The terms of the program:

- **Commission Rate**: 25% of each payment the customer adds to their balance
- **Commission Type**: Recurring for 12 months from the date the customer's account is confirmed
- **Cookie Duration**: 30 days
- **Payment Schedule**: Net 60 days. Only payments that are at least 60 days old on the payout date are paid, and the payout date is the first of a month (see [Payment Schedule](https://repocloud.io/docs/resources/affiliate-program.md#payment-schedule))
- **Minimum Payout**: $50 of commission, which equals $200 of referred payments
- **Payment Methods**: USDT Stablecoin (ERC20 Chain), which needs an ERC20 wallet address (`0x` followed by 40 hexadecimal characters), or a RepoCloud credit top-up, which carries a 30% bonus

> Commissions are calculated on the confirmed payments your referrals add to their balance (top-ups and Auto Recharge payments), not on what they spend on servers. For example, if a customer you refer adds $100 to their balance, you earn $25 on that payment, for payments made up to 12 months after the date their account is confirmed. ## Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid out on request, in this order:

1. **Recording**: A commission is recorded on every payment a referred account makes into its balance during its first 12 months, and the Referrals tab lists each one
2. **Payout Date**: When your unpaid referred payments total $200 ($50 of commission), the payout date is the first day of the month that comes at least 60 days after the payment that reached the total (or the next first of a month, if that date has already passed). The Referrals tab shows it as "First week of" and the month, and **Ready for payout** counts only the payments that are at least 60 days old on that date
3. **Minimum Threshold**: A minimum of $50 in earned commissions, which equals $200 of referred payments, is required for a payout
4. **Request and Payment**: You press **Request Payout**, then RepoCloud marks the request paid. For RepoCloud credit, your balance goes up by the amount plus 30%; for USDT, RepoCloud sends the amount to your wallet address

For example, your referred payments reach $200 in total on March 10. March 10 plus 60 days is May 9, so the payout date is June 1 and the page reads "First week of June". The payments counted are those dated on or before April 2.
